Nice place with luggage storage, a bar lounge area, and great staff. They helped me with my bags on my first stay, made a lasting impression. I highly recommend enjoying their cozy ambiance. I'm coming back for Xmas!

My husband and I stayed there for only one night to attend a wedding. The staff was very friendly and willing to accomodate in any way they could. The original room we were assigned lacked any sort of view and looked to the back of other buildings, I called and we were relocated to another room that was much better and provided the full city experience. The wedding we attended was held at the W and was an incredible event. I appreciated the spacious layout of the room and party facilities.

The bed sheets were so soft and lovely. The room was specious, but we got it as an upgrade after it took the reception over 15min to find our reservation.
The service in the restaurant was ok, but not perfect.

Very nice hotel. Friendly front desk. Beautiful lobby.
Concierge could have known more about local restaurants. His advice was good, but could have been better. The locals gave excellent restaurant advice. Otherwise, it was great.

Stylish decor elevated the experience, but valet service was concerning.

missingWrote a review on 11 Novhelpful staffcheck-in issue
The staff was good, before we arrived I emailed and
Arranged transportation from the airport. Upon arrival, however, we faced issues with early check-in as our request seemed unnoted. After an hour of waiting, we left in our travel clothes without settling in, quite disappointing.

Friendly, responsive staff. Comfortable rooms. Very comfortable beds. Good location.
The "Happy Hour" was misleading - the waitress told us to just look at the dinner menu and ignore the lower prices for beer, wine, and food even though we went down from our room just for the happy hour before going out for dinner. The price for parking our car seemed exorbitent

The food was outstanding with a wide array of options. Everything was great, but a few employees were very busy. The location was particularly good and unbeatable, close to Columbia Center Skyscraper.
It had really bad views.

W Seattle is innovative and thinks in new ways about how to care for the guests. The location is about as good as it gets in Seattle, just no view of they bay.
A lot of things provided for free at cheaper chain motels are extras at W Seattle. Examples are WiFi and Parking. Most anoying they did not stick to the price offered over Booked.net but overcharged by 150$ (not caring for extras). Apples and coffee are free though.

Location
I thought that they would have had tea and coffee making facilities in the room.... Instead I had to come down 19 floors to get coffee in reception. When you are paying a small fortune for a room I at least expect that
